Vintage Solid Fancy Trombone Bracelet with Dog Clip (8")

This one is A BIT OF ME GUYS. I just will never not love an "iconically you" vintage link - something substantial, with some flair and uniqueness with excellent modern construction. 

What you are looking at is a completely solid 9ct gold bracelet with a weight and presence that you will DIE FOR. The construction is substantial in the best possible way, the kind of piece you put on and can just wear 24/7 for years and years and years. 

The links themselves are wonderful. Elongated bar links with ringed detailing at each end alternate with tightly worked knot connectors, and the rhythm of that contrast, hard line against twisted texture, is what gives this bracelet its character. It reads antique, very deliberately so, and that is exactly the point. You get the visual drama of an Victorian Albert-style piece with all the benefits of vintage construction: security, considered weight distribution, a clasp with donkeys of life left in it.

That clasp is a very good quality dog clip, and it earns its place here. Easy to operate one-handed, and means you can clip charms directly onto the bracelet without any faff. It also opens up how you wear it: clip it to another bracelet to extend your stack, or layer it with chains to add length and a completely different texture. Mixed metal styling works beautifully here, the warm yellow gold against silver would be DIVINE.
