A small pendant with an absolutely outrageous amount of colour.
At its centre is a luminous oval opal cabochon, held within a wonderfully delicate scalloped claw setting. The stone has a milky, almost translucent body that erupts into vivid flashes of neon green, golden yellow and soft pink as it moves through the light.
Its play-of-colour is beautifully irregular, with flashes of different sizes appearing across the stone and shifting dramatically depending on the angle. At certain points it becomes soft and almost clear, before suddenly lighting up again with the slightest movement.
A gorgeous little standalone pendant, but also exactly the sort of piece that brings light and colour to a charm jumble without overwhelming everything around it.
The stone presents as opal, but has not been laboratory tested, so its natural or synthetic origin cannot be guaranteed.
