Vintage Solid Byzantine Chain (24")

I will never shut up about Byzantine chains, so let’s just accept that upfront.

They’re one of the few chain styles that actually tick every box. Intricate, interesting, properly “vibey”… but still completely wearable. The clasp has also been done properly, which I always care about more than I probably should. It’s a well-considered lobster clasp, not a flimsy afterthought, and it actually looks good enough to wear at the front. So if you want to clip charms onto it or use it as a feature, you absolutely can. It holds up visually.

Colour-wise, it’s bang on. That perfect 9ct yellow gold. Not pale, not overly brassy, just a really clean, rich gold tone. It’s been polished to a high shine as well, so the way it catches the light across all those intricate links is honestly a bit addictive.

And then the bit that almost feels illegal to say out loud. The price.

It’s coming in under £70 a gram, which in the current gold market is… ridiculous. Genuinely. For something this solid, this wearable, this well made, and this good, it’s kind of a no-brainer.
