A vintage cable chain is one of the most eternally popular link styles. Beautifully proportioned, satisfyingly doughnutty and substantial enough to have presence without tipping over into chunky.
The real magic, though, is in the filigree bar stations dotted along the chain. They break up the repetition of the links and give the whole piece a lovely sense of texture and movement, adding a little extra dimension when worn alone and making it especially good in a stack.
At 31", it has that wonderfully useful long-chain length that works brilliantly over knitwear, layered with shorter pieces, or doubled up for a more compact stack
