This is literally as delicious as they come. If you've been looking for that special little princess of a chain; something wickedly and delightfully individual but still easy and wearable for the daily-grind this is IT. Mariners are always a thrill, but this one with all of its texture and detailing is killing me. She came to me as part of an antique long guard with a lot of damage. We restored the links that could be restored, removed sections that couldn't be restored and ended up with two STUNNING chains in this rich and buttery yellow gold that SCREAMS "Thanks babe, I'm oldddd." I could have cried when I saw her back from the jewellers - it is a major privilege of this job to see beyond the scruff and find pieces that need to be looked after and brought back to their 1900s glory rather than just melted to become an iPhone chip or something 😭 Her sister chain has already sold so if you want this unique and iconic link type you need to swipe her!

Hallmarks: The modern clasp is marked for 9ct gold. The chain, as it was converted, does not bear the original hallmarking links, however the original chain had hallmarks and I additionally XRF tested for peace of mind.
