Portuguese Trombone Link Bracelet (8")

This is another paperclip link bracelet, but with a totally different energy. The paperclip links are subtly bevelled at the ends, which gives the whole thing a slightly bikerish, tougher edge. Still elegant, but with a bit of attitude.

Those paperclip links are joined by the juiciest little doughnutty cable links, which add softness and contrast and make the whole bracelet feel really satisfying and fluid on the wrist. It’s one of those pieces you can’t stop fiddling with.

Set into the centre are three paste stones. Two white square-cut pastes on either side, and then a seriously bright aqua in the middle. It’s the perfect amount of colour. The gold is doing most of the talking, but those little flashes of light and colour give the stack something playful and unexpected.

The clasp is an integrated latch clasp and it’s beautifully done. Completely worked into the design rather than feeling like an afterthought, it closes really securely and also has a safety chain for extra peace of mind. It feels robust, considered, and very well made.

And then there’s the gold. This is Portuguese gold, clocking in at a luxurious 19.2 carats. Rich, warm, and unmistakably high carat, it has that soft glow that only comes with higher gold content. For what it is, it’s an absolute steal.
