A handsome antique signet ring in rich 18 carat gold, engraved inside with the date 30 November 1918. It feels like the kind of piece given for a coming of age or major milestone, and it carries that history with it. The engraving on the face has softened over time (just a shadow of the initial left), leaving a textured surface that catches the light in a lovely, worn in way. The face itself is softly rounded with shoulders that taper gently, giving it a comfortable, sculpted fit. For a ring of this size it’s surprisingly light, so you get the look and presence of a heavy gold signet without the weighty price tag. Solid, buttery, and full of character.
